Orders and Payment

For placing your custom build order it is mandatory to pay a non refundable deposit representing 30% of the final price that you have agreed with Andreas Madimenos workshop. The time needed to build the guitar varies according to the construction and the materials. Αs soon as you place your order we will contact you to finalise every detail and customisation you need. At the same time we will inform you about the delivery date and when your guitar is ready we will arrange the shipment. If you receive your package in a bad condition, please deny to accept it and contact us as soon as possible so that we communicate with the transportation company.

Warranty

We believe on our quality guitars, that’s why we offer a 5 years warranty that includes any manufacturing or materials defect. This Warranty excludes damage that may be caused by improper use of the instrument (knocks, beats, exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as heat, cold, moisture, drought, etc.). Costs and responsibility of sending the instrument implies to the client.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied by your purchase, you can send the guitar back in a period of 14 days, starting from the receipt date. Shipping costs are on the customer. This includes damages that may be caused by the transportation. If your package is delivered in bad condition we will not accept it and we will contact you immediately. If there was a deposit this non – refundable, so as soon as we get your guitar back in perfect condition we will refund the 70% of the total purchase. In case of a non perfect condition you will be charged with the repair costs. Guitars that are built on specific dimensions and have any customisation are non – returnable.
